Deciding on response options

I think I should stick to a safe approach by offering two options for the user. The CLI suggests being concise, so I’ll ask if they want a translation or a summary. That feels appropriate. I’ll also mention I can provide a quick English translation along with a Chinese summary if needed. I should be cautious and warn the user that I may need network access for further details. Ultimately, I want to get their preferences right!
